Returns: Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. This may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us with details and photos of the item. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like custom orders or perishable goods may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be noted at the time of purchase.
